I run online 10-week courses for people interested in learning more about nutrition, and a ‘Lose your Tummy Fat’ weight loss group, in which you learn how to manage the hormones that contribute to weight around the tummy.
You will learn to take control of those hormones and to make healthy food and lifestyle choices and how to implement them into your daily life. I will guide and support you, however much of the key to success in the weight loss groups is that you will enjoy sharing your challenges and very quickly support each other and lose weight.
This leads to successful, long lasting weight loss and embeds delicious healthy eating habits into your lifestyle. Designed to include 6-10 people my courses are online.
